Appointments are available Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We value our time with you. To help us schedule the proper amount of time for your visit, we request that you call for an appointment. We are also committed to running our office as efficiently as possible to reduce your waiting time, but sometimes acute emergencies cause unavoidable delays. We ask your understanding in such circumstances and will do our best to accommodate your personal schedule. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us in advance to reschedule.

We recognize that you may have an urgent situation and we will do our best to respond to your problems promptly, possibly the same day during office hours.
After Hours & Weekends
As part of our total service to you, we are available 24 hours a day. If you have a need to contact us after our normal hours, please call our office at (281) 886-8980 for instructions.
If You Need Assistance
If you have any questions about your appointment, your treatment program, or your billing and insurance, please call us. Our staff is always happy to assist you.
We care about your foot health and we also care about you financially. Prompt payment allows us to keep costs down while maintaining a high standard of medical care. Many payment options are available for your convenience. We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard credit card payments. All co-payments are due at the time of the visit.
- Insurance: We are participating providers with most insurance companies. For maximum insurance benefits to you, Managed Care and HMO plans require you to have a referral from your primary care physician prior to your visit. Please check your coverage requirements prior to your visit.
- Medicare: As a courtesy to our valued and esteemed senior patients, we have chosen to be participating providers in the Medicare program.
When it is time to renew prescriptions, call your pharmacist directly to request a refill which may be faxed to our office at (281) 886-8980. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. In some cases you may need to see the doctor before a refill is authorized.
